Overview

Jeddah Central Project stands out for its strategic location and distinctive space, situated on an area of 5.7 million square meters in the center of Jeddah.
The project intends to establish a world destination, capitalizing on Jeddah’s geographical location on the Red Sea coast and proximity to Makkah and Madinah, popular year-round tourist and pilgrimage destinations.

This massive project will be implemented in three major phases, the first of which will be completed by the end of 2027. At this point, the project will begin welcoming Jeddah residents and visitors from within and outside the Kingdom.
A waterfront of 9.5 km, featuring a world-class marina ready to receive yachts from inside and outside the Kingdom, complemented by an exceptional 2.1 km of sandy beach on the Red Sea coast.
This project contains four outstanding landmarks: An Opera House, a Museum, a Sports Stadium, and the Oceanarium, and Coral Farms.

The project also contributes to developing more than 10 top-quality projects to the highest international standards in vital and promising sectors such as tourism, sports, culture, and entertainment. Modern residential areas will provide 17,000 housing units, and 2,700 hotel rooms, backed by administrative areas that offer diverse opportunities for business sectors.
The “Jeddah Central” Project seeks to develop a 5.7 million square meters area, including a 9.5 km waterfront, and a world-class yacht marina. The project will also include a 2.1 km sandy beach, embracing a natural 100-meter wide walkway that helps preserve the environment and limit the movement of vehicles to and from the beach.

In an ambitious plan to meet the needs of Jeddah residents and visitors, the Jeddah Central project aims to develop 5.7 million square meters of the city and expand its attractive beaches with a 9.5 km long waterfront, that includes an international standard yacht marina and distinctive sandy beaches stretching for 2.1 km, in addition to landscape and open areas, featuring 40% of the project’s total area.
