Project Phases

Phase 1

This phase constitutes 45% of the project and is scheduled for completion by end of 2027.
This phase includes the following main landmarks: Sports Stadium, an Oceanarium and Coral Farms, and an Opera House in addition to the beach, pier, landscaped walkway, parks, and yacht marina.

Phase 2

The next 36% of the project is due for completion in 2030 and seeks to create a vibrant environment by establishing a museum equipped with advanced and smart technologies, a library, innovative educational facilities, areas for innovation and culture, and a wellness district designed to the highest international medical standards.

Phase 3

The remaining 19% of the project extends beyond 2030 and aims to further enhance the quality of life in Jeddah. This final phase will see the establishment of green walkways, an art village, innovative educational facilities, and a coral bay.
