The collection and processing of personal data at JCDC is based on the explicit consent of the individual concerned. At any time, you have the right to withdraw this consent, unless there is an alternate legal justification for the data processing. - Right to Request Destruction of Personal Data: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under certain conditions, except where legal provisions dictate a specific retention period or if contractual obligations require otherwise.
- Right to Withdraw Consent for Data Processing: You may withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data or object to its processing at any time, provided there are no legitimate reasons requiring its continued processing.
