Riyadh, November 13, 2025: Jeddah Central Development Company has signed an agreement with Hilton to brand and operate a Canopy by Hilton hotel and serviced apartments in the heart of  Jeddah Central.

The agreement was signed by Eng. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Sulaim, CEO of Jeddah Central Development, and Guy Hutchinson, Hilton’s President for Middle East & Africa, on the sidelines of TOURISE in Riyadh.

The lifestyle hotel will include 220 stylish rooms and 120 modern serviced apartments, and vibrant culinary venues designed to provide a locally inspired, welcoming hospitality experience that reflects the spirit of Jeddah. It will be distinguished by its central location overlooking the Opera House, one of the main architectural landmarks of Jeddah Central.

This collaboration highlights the growing status of Jeddah Central as an integrated urban hub that brings together culture, arts, and modern lifestyles. The hotel is expected to contribute to enhancing the city’s tourism and cultural activity.

The signing of Canopy by Hilton Jeddah Central marks another step in Hilton’s growth journey to support Saudi Vision 2030 and deliver world-class hospitality across the Kingdom, where the company currently operates over 21 hotels with another 83 in the pipeline.
